On Sunday July 30, the Screen Stars event was held in the UK, with our wonderful Sanctuary Patron, Kate Atkinson.

At this special event, Kate was presented with the details of the fundraiser amount donated in honour for her birthday on behalf of Kate Atkinson Fan Page.

Kate was touched and surprised, and very grateful, stating that this gift will be an
enormous help to a very special organisation and the people who rely on it.

Members said they are proud to support Kate’s work, and Sanctuary is a charity that is clearly important to her.

Sanctuary is very appreciative of this gift, which will be used carefully to provide direct assistance to refugees who have lost so much.
