Refugee children need to go to school like other kids!

Sanctuary Australia FoundationBlog, Education

Amisi and his children, Congolese refugees in Nairobi.

Many refugee children are unable to go to school as their family do not have basic school fees (approx. $100 a term). This is heartbreaking for parents who desperately want their children to have education and a hopeful future.

The Sanctuary School Aid Program is currently assisting several families in Kenya, Uganda and Zimbabwe.

Freddy’s children are now going to school in Zimbabwe!

With help from our supporters we hope to expand this important progam.

Amisi wrote:

We thank you for this precious gift and generosity for our children’s studies which gives our children hope for their future.”.

If you would like to help a refugee child go to school, they and their parents will be overjoyed!. (All donations are fully tax- deductible.)
