Sanctuary Australia FoundationBlog, Covid-19, Featured

The current COVID-19 impacts on the lives of people around the world which necessitates many new precautions and measures to keep people safe from infection.

As a community based organisation working for over 30 years to assist refugee families, our thoughts are with our clients past and present, supporters and the rest of our global community.

Sanctuary Australia Foundation will continue to support everybody needing our help via phone or computer ONLY to ensure both the safety of our workers and clients.

How to use our servicesNo walk-ins please.

You can call our office on (02) 6652-2127 or use our contact page to get in touch. You can leave a message on our answering service with your phone number.

We also have access to phone interpreter services and may be able to assist you via a telephone appointment.

Please do not attend our office, especially if you are feeling unwell or showing any symptoms of sickness, and Sanctuary workers will do the same.

Thank you for your consideration and co-operation.

Please look after yourselves and families! We will continue to work together as a caring community as we go through this crisis, as well as all taking appropriate precautions, including social distancing and keeping high hygiene standards.
